Installation Instructions

  • Leave a 3–5 mm gap from the building to allow natural expansion.
  • Pre-drill the joist before fixing expansion screws to avoid material damage.
  • Keep spacing between joists at 25–30 cm.
  • Fix expansion screws every 400–500 mm.
  • Ensure proper drainage to prevent water accumulation under the decking.

Board Installation

  • Fix starter clips on one side of the joist.
  • Insert the first decking board into the starter clips.
  • Place clips into the board and fasten to the joist (do not overtighten).
  • Insert the next board into the clips, continue row by row.
  • After alignment, tighten screws and repeat until completed.
  • Finish with corner edging to complete the decking installation.
  • Clean regularly with mild soap and water to remove dust, dirt, and stains.
  • Use a soft brush or mop; avoid harsh chemicals or metal scrapers.
  • Ensure drainage areas remain unclogged to prevent standing water.
  • Periodically check clips and screws for stability and re-tighten if needed.
  • In case of scratches or stains, gently sand the affected area for restoration.
