  • Acclimate tiles in the installation area for 48 hours before use.
  • Ensure subfloor is clean, dry, level, and free from dust or old adhesive.
  • Mark center lines with chalk to balance tile layout and avoid small edge cuts.
  • Dry-lay tiles to check orientation and blend shades from multiple boxes.
  • For peel-and-stick tiles, remove backing film and press firmly in place.
  • For glue-down, apply recommended adhesive, allow tack, and press tiles securely.
  • Trim edge tiles with a sharp utility knife for precision fit.
  • Use a carpet roller to secure adhesion and remove air pockets.
  • Vacuum regularly to prevent soil build-up and maintain appearance.
  • Use dirt-trapping entrance mats and clean them daily to reduce tracked-in debris.
  • Blot spills immediately; never rub. Remove solids before blotting liquids.
  • Replace stained or damaged tiles easily by lifting and inserting new ones.
  • Perform periodic deep cleaning using hot water extraction or dry compound methods.
  • Avoid harsh chemicals, bleach, or oil-based solvents when cleaning.
