  • Plan layout: always use a flat, clean, and strong base structure for support.
  • Use standard woodworking tools; pre-drill pilot holes to avoid cracking due to material hardness.
  • Fasten WPC posts to suitable substructures—embed into supporting posts or secure with brackets and expansion bolts.
  • Maintain post spacing of up to 1.5 meters for structural integrity.
  • Assemble handrails and balusters using injection-molded connectors and stainless steel screws.
  • Leave approx. 2 mm gaps between components for thermal expansion.
  • Wear protective gear during installation (gloves, eye protection).
  • Clean with a soft cloth or sponge and mild detergent to remove dust, dirt, or stains.
  • Avoid abrasive tools or harsh chemical cleaners that can damage the surface.
  • Inspect regularly for scratches and avoid sharp impacts that may mar the finish.
  • Ensure surrounding areas remain clear to reduce static buildup and maintain the railing’s condition.
