Installation Instructions

  • Leave a 3–5 mm gap between the decking and any fixed structure to allow for expansion.
  • Pre-drill the joists or substructure before inserting screws to prevent splitting or cracking of the material.
  • Place joists (or supporting battens) at 25–30 cm centers for optimal structural support.
  • Fasten expansion (hidden) screws every 400–500 mm along each joist, depending on load requirements.
  • Ensure the installation area has proper drainage to avoid water pooling beneath the decking.

Board Installation

  • Secure starter clips along the first joist line securely.
  • Insert the first decking board into these clips, ensuring alignment.
  • Place hidden fastening clips into the board grooves and attach them to the joist; do not overtighten.
  • Add the next board into the previous clips and continue attaching panels row by row.
  • Once all boards are aligned, fully tighten all screws before proceeding to the next row.
  • Install corner trims or edge profiles for a clean, finished look.

Maintenance Instructions

  • Clean the surface regularly using mild soap and water to remove dirt, mold, or stains.
  • Use soft cleaning tools like brushes or mops; avoid steel wool or harsh chemical cleaners.
  • Keep drainage gaps and surrounding ground areas clear and free of debris.
  • Periodically check and tighten any loose screws or clips to maintain stability.
  • Gently sand minor scratches or discolorations to restore a uniform appearance.
