  1. Site Preparation: Ensure the subfloor is clean, dry, smooth, and structurally sound. Remove dust, oil, and old adhesives; repair cracks or uneven areas.
  2. Acclimation & Layout: Allow tiles and adhesive to acclimate to room conditions for 24–48 hours. Mark chalk lines from the center of the room to plan the layout.
  3. Installation Methods:
    • Permanent (glue-down): Apply pressure-sensitive adhesive, place tiles aligned to chalk lines, and trim neatly at edges.
    • Loose-lay or floating: Use double-sided tape or peel-and-stick backing for temporary installations.
  4. Finishing Touches: Install trims and transition strips for a professional finish once tiles are in place.
  1. Preventive Measures: Use walk-off mats at entrances to reduce dirt and moisture carried indoors.
  2. Daily Maintenance: Vacuum frequently with a brush roller, focusing on high-traffic areas.
  3. Spot & Spill Treatment: Blot spills immediately with a clean towel. For stains, use a pH-neutral cleaner and rinse with water.
  4. Periodic Cleaning: Use dry extraction or encapsulation methods every few weeks to remove embedded soil.
  5. Deep Cleaning: Perform hot-water extraction as needed. Ensure tiles are completely dry before resuming use.
  6. Avoid Damage: Do not use harsh chemicals, bleach, or high-pH cleaners. Test cleaning products on a small area before use.
